About ILA 1351 FCU

ILA 1351 FCU is dedicated to serving members of the International Long Shoremen's Association 1351 in La Porte, Texas.We've served the Houston area since 1966. With current CEO Ann Phelps & Office Manager Elizabeth Munoz and help and hard work of all past and current board members, the Credit Union is very sound today. We're a closed membership organization that only serves ILA members and their families. In 2008, we added our website, home banking, checking accounts, and online banking functionality, evolving from the original savings and loans model. Today, we own our own credit card portfolio and work hard to make the most of the money that belongs to each of our members.

2024 Results

Welcome to the 58th Annual Meeting of ILA 1351 FCU. We have our own unique heritage, which is linked to the family of Credit Unions. The Credit Union's assets were $15.9 million, and the total number of our Membership was 1033. Dividends of $45,611 were paid on shares in 2024. In addition, an interest refund of $86,270 was returned to the members.
In Conclusion, a sincere thanks to all the Credit Union members for their support and confidence and to the Credit Union and their employees, who strive to provide the best service possible day after day, and to Credit Union volunteers who willingly contribute their time and efforts and whose support make the Credit Union possible. We will work hard & stay focused to ensure another successful and prosperous year.
